Last Updated: Aug 18, 2012 06:10PM EDT
Pre-Requisites:

Original Customizations: For members who used TLS before version 2.0 and would like to know how to get access to their original customizations please visit the related article here.

Auto-Responders - If you are planning on integrating auto-responders into your Teamwork Program website be sure to put your auto-responder form codes in the Communication section of the Investment Center. Learn more about auto-responders here.

Reset to Default - Some pages in the Site Manager section allow you to set the current page back to its "default" state.  This means that you will lose any modifications you have made to that page.  Note: You will NOT be able to recover your changes after using the "Reset to Default" button. Do not use this function unless you want to "undo" your modifications and reset your page back to its default state.

Editing Your Site Layout:

Upload a Header Image - Your header image is the graphic that will be displayed at the top of your website.  The recommended image dimensions are to be close to 600px (width) x 100px (height).  The logo must also be one of the following valid image formats: .jpg, .png, .gif.

Primary Website - If you have another website for your company and would like to include a link to this website on the menu bar of your Teamwork Program website you must enable this option.  Also make sure that your company website address is correct in the My Account section of the Investment Center.

Theme - This will specify the color scheme for the menu bar and footer of your Teamwork Program website.

Save Changes - Remember to click the "Save Changes" button to apply all of the Site Layout modifications to your website.

Editing Your Landing Page:

The landing page is designed to develop interest from your potential member.  If a member decides to move forward he will do one of two things depending on whether you have auto-responders enabled:

1) Auto-Responders Disabled: Users will click the "Learn More" link that is automatically displayed on your Landing Page.  When this happens the are directed to your "Sales Page"

2) Auto-Responders Enabled: Users will Opt-In by inputting their First Name and Email Address into your opt-in form.  Then after validating their name and email address they are automatically directed to the "Sales Page".

Utilizing the drop down list in the "Site Management" section of the Investment Center, navigate to the Landing Page and make any desired changes to the default text that describes your Teamwork Program.

The editor is designed to work just like any word processing software (eg Microsoft Word). This allows you the power and flexibility to quickly edit your website without having to know a single line of HTML code!

When you have finished editing a page remember to save your modifications with the "Save Changes" button.

Editing Your Sales Page:

The Sales Page is the second page a potential member sees after deciding to move forward.  A member moves forward by either clicking the "Learn More" link on the Landing Page (if auto-responders are disabled), or by opting in on the Landing Page (if auto-responders are enabled).

Utilizing the drop down list, navigate to the Sales Page and make any desired changes to the default text that describes your Teamwork Program.

Editing Your Training Page (Optional):

Along with the use of auto-responders, the Training Page is another way you can put your training of new members on auto-pilot.

Utilizing the drop down list, navigate to the Training Page in the Site Management section of the Investment Center.

The Training Page is designed to work just like a "blog".  When you click "New Post" you can quickly type a new post. You can then post an article you have found on the web, embed an audio training, embed a training video, etc.  After you have finished creating your post, click "Create this post" to publish the post to the Training Page of your Teamwork Program website.

We recommend you leave the notification to members of new training posts enabled. This will encourage your members to visit your website and keep them motivated to bring you leads.

Private/Published: This allows you to toggle whether you would like the Training Page to be displayed on your website. If you set this page to Private, your members will not be able to view any training material that you may post.

Editing Your FAQ Page (Optional):

The FAQ page allows you to answer most of your members Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).  We have provided you a default list of frequently asked questions, but feel free to add/modify this page to fit your needs and the needs of your members.
